Murder Ink - Camilla Läckberg

Born in 1974, Camilla Läckberg was 29 when she published her first novel, The Ice Princess, in 2003. Läckberg’s novels have enjoyed critical acclaim and she is Sweden’s top-selling author.  She has sold over 5 million books in 30 countries worldwide. It might seem that everything has gone smoothly for Läckberg but she actually began her professional life as an economist. She was given a crime-writing course for Christmas by her husband, mother and brother.  As she studied, she began the story that came to be her debut novel.
Läckberg lives in a suburb of Stockholm with her husband and three children. Several of her works are in the library's collection. Click here to visit her website.
